Living Room
Living room: A cozy living space with a smart TV, comfy sofas, books and reading material, games and children’s toys. The property has wifi and is heated with radiators in every room.
Full Equipped Kitchen
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need for your stay including a coffee machine, cooker, hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, kettle, toaster, wine rack. All the usual crockery, cutlery, glasses. A table that seats six and a high chair available if needed.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1: Double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hangers.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, chest of drawers, clothes hanger, hair dryer.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, clothes storage, hair dryer.
Upstairs Bathroom
Upstairs Bathroom: Shower, bath, baby bath, sink, mirrored cabinet.
Downstairs Bathroom

Outside: Light, table and chairs, decking, grassed area, flowerbeds, ample parking right outside the property.
Gym
Gym: A range of exercise equipment, weights, TRX, rowing maching, etc. The gym is in a one storey building opposite the barn and bookable with your host free of charge.

This was a great find and perfect for all 6 of us, with beautiful surroundings, close to lots of beautiful beaches and small villages.
We were staying over Christmas and Hayley had set up a Christmas tree in the house, which was very thoughtful. Peaceful location, with nice views from the bedrooms towards St Agnes Beacon.
The beds are comfy and the little toiletries are a nice touch. The garden was fully enclosed for our dog to play in. We also used the gym during our stay, and what a gym it was. We would 100% stay here again.
Hayley was a fantastic host, attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. Our only regret was not booking it for longer.
The Barn is cosy yet bright and light, with everything you could need. Such a special touch to allow access and picking from the orchard.
